I love talking about self-care whenever I get the chance. I feel a lot of people don't take the time to care for their mind and body as much as it may need. 

Self-care isn't about luxurious massages and expensive spa days, though those are nice. Self-care is something we need to think about and practice on a regular basis to help keep us balanced. It can be 30 minutes at the end or the beginning of the day to check in with yourself to see what you may need more of- your body may require more sleep, food, or affection. 

For me, daily self-care is about eating good food, spending time with my loved ones, being able to work on my passion projects, and gentle exercise.
