 Use this recipe to detox the body and the journal exercise to detox the mind of any negativity from the holiday season.  

Detox Lemon Tea Recipe:                              

1 cup of warm water

1/2 squeezed lemon

Pinch of ginger (optional)

Combine all the ingredients and enjoy!
