Day 2: Nourish

 
 

As we detoxed yesterday, it is important to add nourishing nutrients back into our body and mind. You will find a delicious smoothie recipe and an affirmation exercise to refuel. 

Nourishing Smoothie: 

1 cup coconut milk, coconut water or filtered water

1/2 cup mango 

1/2 pineapple

1 banana 

1 cup spinach 

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it is smooth.
