Day 3: Let Go
This time of year, we tend to focus on outward resolutions- losing weight, meeting goals at work, and spending less money. Resolutions are useful for some, but too many resolutions or unattainable goals can set us up for failure. This year give yourself a break and lean into self-compassion.
