Day 4: Mindfulness

 
 

Mindfulness Exercise: 

Today, take a 5-minute task you normally do and apply mindfulness to it. For example, I am going to practice mindfulness while washing the dishes. I am going to be conscious of every moment, feeling the sponge in my hand, the smell of the dish soap and letting the water run over my hands.
