Day 1: Detox
Today is all about getting rid of negative emotions. For today's practice, we have a mind and body detox recipe, as well as a journaling exercise.
Body Detox Recipe:
1 cup of water
optional: honey or dash of cayenne pepper
Combine all the ingredients and drink slowly. Warm lemon water is best consumed first thing in the morning to jumpstart digestion and rehydrate your body after a night's sleep.
Mind Detox Exercise:
