Day 2: Nourish 

After detoxing our body and mind form yesterday's practice, today is all about nourishing the body and mind. We have a nourishing recipe to fill your belly, and affirmations to fill your mind with positivity.

Recipe: Three Bean Chili

1/2 white onion

4 cloves of garlic 

salt 

pepper

2 tbsp. chili powder

1 can of black beans, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans

1 can of diced tomatoes 

Add vegetable broth as needed 

Directions: 

Add onion and garlic to pot, cook for 5 minutes. Add beans, diced tomatoes, spices, and vegetable broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
