Day 3: Move
Today's practice is dedicated to being mindfully aware of your physical and mental being while moving. For those who can take it a step further, take some time to move your body in a gentle way that feels right to you, it may be yoga, walking, or light exercise at the gym.
Movement is a great way to create balance in our body, and tune into how our body feels when we move.
